How to erase a blank page in every possible way
To remove a blank page from a Word in Windows 10 or MacOS we can do it in many different ways. Today we want to show you each and every one of them. Are you ready?
First of all we have the “Go to” function, which will allow us to jump instead of scrolling to save much more time and thus eliminate the blank pages that we do not want. He process is:
- In the tab "Start" we have to click on the button "Search" to be able to select later the option of "Anger". We can also do this with the shortcut "Ctrl+G" en Windows 10 or with the shortcut “Fn+Cmd+G” en MacOS. Now a window should appear in which we are allowed to write the page number that we want to delete. If we don't know the page number, we can also type + or – to jump from the current page to the page to be deleted.
- When we find the page we want to remove, we just have to press the delete button.
In second place, we can also use the “Navigation Panel”, through which we can quickly locate the page we want to delete. The process is:
- We go to the tab "view" and click on the tab "Pages" in the Navigation Pane.
- Next, we will scroll between the pages to find the blank pages we want to delete.
I recommend using this second method instead of the previous one exclusively when we inadvertently create several blank pages by accident, since it is much faster and, doing it this way, we will be much more productive.
