How to request a copy of our work life report
Before getting started, you must access the page of the Social security and select the option “Work life report” to start processing your application. There are currently two main ways to request this document:
- By phone.
- Through the Electronic Office of Social Security.
How to request the report by phone
You just have to call "901 50 20 50" and then a recorded voice will guide us and ask us for the necessary data. Then, within a period of one week from the phone processing, we will receive a copy of our work life report by regular mail.

Requesting the report by SMS

If we want to process our work life report without a digital certificate, we must, first of all, access the Electronic office of the Social Security and click on "Citizens" and in "Reports and Certificates". Next, in the drop-down menu, we will look for the option "Working life REPORT" and we will click "no certificate". Finally, we will have to fill out a form like the one in the following screenshot:

If we want to process our work life report with a digital certificate, we must, first of all, access the Electronic office of the Social Security and click on "Citizens" and then in "Reports and Certificates". Next, within the drop-down menu, we will look for the option "Working life REPORT" and we will click "With certificate". Finally, a pop-up window should pop up to allow us to select our digital certificate.

Requesting the report through a username and password
If we want to process our work life report through a username and password, we must, first of all, access the Electronic office of the Social Security and click on "Citizens" and in «Reports and Certificates». Next, within the drop-down menu, we will look for the option "Working life REPORT" and we will click “Username + Password”. Both credentials can be obtained in three ways:
First of all, you have to register on the electronic identity verification platform for the identification and authentication of citizens called Cl @ ve. Then, We will have three options at our disposal:
- Through the Internet with a certificate.
- Through the Internet without a certificate.
- In person at a Registry office.
Once you choose an option and have your username and password, We must return to the Social Security Electronic Office page and enter both credentials.
